Pisgah Pharmacy · Pharmacy management system
Close every day knowing your cash and your stock.
Prescriptions, stock and every branch, together.

Stock and recorded sales, in one view.
What it does
Less re-entry.
More of the day in hand.
Four everyday jobs.
One pharmacy workspace.
The work beyond the counter
A refill remembered.
A little less chasing.
Let your agent keep an eye on follow-ups and stock, so your team has more time for the person in front of them.

Start from what was supplied.
The dispensing record gives the agent the context for the next refill, the next check-in and the stock behind it.
Follow-ups use the patient’s communication preferences and your pharmacy’s rules. Dispensing decisions remain with the pharmacy team.

Central stores & transfers
Follow supply between stores. A central store replenishes other stores; it does not dispense to patients.
Wholesale & branches
Trade orders, picking, dispatch, branch stock and pricing per store.
Accounts & insights
Tills, customer credit, supplier balances, sales reports and reconciliation. Payment processing is separate.
Controlled-drug records
Keep controlled-drug supply and the relevant records within the pharmacy workflow.
Can I use Pharmacy without the EMR?
Yes. Pisgah Pharmacy supports community pharmacies, hospital pharmacies and wholesale businesses as a product in its own right.
Does the photograph replace a pharmacist’s check?
No. Captured prescriptions and delivery notes become editable drafts. Your team checks the details before completing the work.
Can I follow different branches and stores?
Yes. Keep each location’s stock, pricing and activity in view. Central stores supply other stores rather than dispensing to patients.
What about batch and expiry details?
Keep supplier, batch and expiry details with received stock and follow the related stock movements.
Does Pisgah process payments?
Not in this flow. Pisgah helps record sales, balances and reconciliation; payment processing is separate.
